Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounting records and books
• Process invoices, payments & bank reconciliations
• Prepare VAT reports and payroll calculations
• Support audits and financial reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles & VAT
• Good command of Greek & English
• MS Office skills (Navision is a plus)

• Organize and supervise maintenance teams
• Troubleshoot issues and guide technicians
• Manage tools, equipment & spare parts
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager
• Participate in on-call service rotation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Greek & good English

• Prepare detailed shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Ensure compliance with specs and industry standards
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines
• Produce clash-free designs
• Maintain accurate and updated drawing files
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in Building Services (HVAC / Plumbing)
• Strong AutoCAD (2D) skills
• Revit knowledge is a plus

• 1–3 years of site experience (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
